As the country for energy management contracting project support promotion strength is increased ceaselessly,the quantity of energy management contracting project is rapidly increasing,but because of the energy saving investment mechanism in China is still in the stage of promotion,at present on this model is not a reliable,reasonable,quantitative methods of assessment,even for its implementation process risk awareness is also not comprehensive enough.This paper based on the Baosteel Special Materials with energy management contract implementation of the steel ingot transport insulation energy-saving renovation project as the object,through the comparison of energy management contracting model and the traditional project management model similarities and differences,by use of fault tree analysis method for project risk identification,identification of the pattern of energy management contracting project risk,and establish a project risk identification index system.By means of AHP,Delphi method,project risk evaluation methods,established the project risk evaluation model,quantitatively assessed the risk of project in the process of implementing.According to the assessment results,combined with the actual situation of Baosteel Special Materials,targeted from risk aversion,risk transfer and risk mitigation and adopt measures.Through the study of this subject,as in Baosteel Special Materials to energy management contracting mode to carry out other energy-saving renovation project,provided project risk analysis,identification,assessment and response of the management of ideas,while the next step of research on energy management contracting project risk management is prospected.
