In order to solve the problem that Production Hardboard with a large amount of waste water by the wet process.According to the actual production situation,the study based on the production process of wet process hardboard developed a Semi-Dry Method Production Hardboard to solve the defects of high energy consumption and long time when hot pressing and reduce more sewage than the original fiber needs to be stirred uniformly into the slurry.At the same time,it keeps the advantages of hydrogen bonding into a board,without use glue,so we can produce the low energy consumption,less pollution,green and friendly to the environmental of hardboard.After a long period of observation and detection on the wet production of hardboard we found that:At the end of the first phase of the hot pressing process,the relative water content of the fiber is about 50%.the same to the fiber which has just come out of a hot mill,except that it also makes fiber stacking uniformity,no agglomeration,in the dry state,the movement is very well,not to be wet in the hands,it will not stick in hand,the wind can fly,easy paving.So we can take the advantage of this feature,based on the corresponding technical equipment of production workshop through a long net forming section of the original hardboard,on the study of the fiber directly from the hot mill is directly sprayed onto the front end of the long net to carry out the pre-pressing and forming method,in order to solve the problem that the original wet process produces a large amount of waste water by mixing the water and stirring evenly.The experimental results showed that:(1)Equipment changes involve only the pavement fiber preloading forming for the slab section,other section of the device remains unchanged.(2)The relative moisture content of the paving molding slab is lower than that of the first stage of the wet process,and it is reduced by about 30%at the end of the press dewatering.(3)Don’t need to squeeze dewatering,thus plate above without mat mat metal net the slab can be turned into hot press from the original wet production hot-pressing process begin hot-pressing drying,the second phase of the heat transfer,avoid the original slab wet production of 78%relative water content in the hot press again due to produce large amounts of sewage problems,thereby reducing the hot pressing time,reduce energy consumption.(4)Both sides on the smooth plate increasing the value of products,and the use of use.(5)The static bending strength of the hard fiber board has reached the national standard 12626.1-2009 GB/T two level standard.(6)50%of the relative moisture content of the fiber in hot pressing can still rely on hydrogen bonding into the plate,don’t need glue,the production of hard fiber board green environmental protection.Therefore,this paper studies the production process of hard fiber board to solve the problem of a large number of sewage generated by the process,is a kind of energy saving and consumption reduction,green environmental protection of the new hard fiber plate production method.
