Design Of Automatic Cylinder Winding Forming Production Line

With the global liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)demand continues to grow in recent years,even if steel cylinder can meet the pressure vessel standard.Compared to all-metal gas cylinders,the all-composite gas cylinders are lightweight and convenient,anti-fatigue properties,low prices,short production cycle and many other features.With regard to the development of gas cylinders enterprises,the development of all-composite cylinder rapid manufacturing technology is particularly important.The method is not only low molding efficient,high artificial strength,and the product quality is not easy to guarantee,a set of low-cost,high-quality,fast-changing high-flexible production line is designed instead of the traditional single-station winding equipment in the paper.The difficulty of the dry fiber winding is analyzed in this paper,and the automatic forming process of the cylinder is designed according to the special requirements of the dry fiber winding.The process module of the winding production line is divided into the design process,and the detailed production process is designed.The design of the cylinder liner structure is designed according to the stress balance equation.The mechanical structure function,layout and flow of the whole production line is designed according to the molding process requirements.The control system of the production line is designed rationally,and the hardware circuit is selected reasonably.A set of automatic cylinder winding forming production line is set up based on Beckhoff CX2020 and industrial PC control.Twin CAT3.0 is used to complete the sequential control and motion control of the whole production line.VS2010 software is applied to design the host computer of robot winding work station.The real-time monitoring and control system of production line is carried out based on Beckhoff's programmable HMI configuration software.The communication between industrial PC and CX2020 is completed to achieve the entire production line of of the management of data,equipment and personnel.The experiment shows that the control system of Beckhoff + IPC has strong ability of flexible automation,and the software can meet the requirements of winding process control,the cylinder winding is stable and neat,the whole production line realizes automatic control of gas cylinder in forming process.
