In recent years,with the domestic environmental issues is more serious,the nitrogen oxides emission of the thermal power plant has been planned for the strict supervision of the control object by the country,in response to the nationals "energy conservation" claim,to improve the environmental quality of the thermal power plant area,the thermal power plants begin to flue gas denitrification renovation.There are two ways of denitrification:SCR and SNCR.And this paper will analysis the factor of influence denitrification efficiency by the principle of SCR denitrification,establish the corresponding mathematical model of the SCR denitrification.analysis the function of the diversion grid,the guide plate,the ammonia injection grid,the ammonia gas air mixer in the SCR denitrification system.Design a SCR denitrification efficiency prediction model base on BP neural network.Improve the SCR denitrification efficiency,reduce secondary atmospheric environment pollution caused by ammonia escapes.In this paper,use a 660mw thermal power plant for the project,analysis the factor of influence denitrification efficiency by the principle of SCR denitrification,establish the corresponding mathematical model of the SCR denitrification.Use the BP neural network prediction model in the SCR denitrification system control the spray ammonia,reasonable control of emissions of nitrogen oxides and ammonia escapes.To save costs of the SCR denitrification system.Research the control of the SCR SCR denitrification system the ammonia injection technology,build the prediction model base on BP neural network,in the gas flow rate?the content of nitrogen oxides inlet?flue gas temperature?oxygen content and denitration efficiency for the input,in the the content of nitrogen oxides outlet for the output,to the predicted spray ammonia.The results showed that,when the variable conditions,the flue gas temperature is Changed,Compared with the traditional PID control this principle model can principle the spray ammonia effectively,reduce secondary atmospheric environment pollution caused by ammonia escapes,and save costs of the SCR denitrification system.At present this thesis is in theory research stage,and simulate the design by Matlab,prepare for putting to into practical application.
