| This thesis is based on the automated produce surimi in food machinery as the research background.In understanding the traditional surimi production process,the design of a continuous automatic production of surimi production line,and according to production requirements,prepared based on the S7-200 series PLC control program.Through the motor,the cutter motor and servo motor operation plate chain integrated control and coordination to achieve a continuous automatic production of surimi production After several on-site commissioning,to ensure stable and reliable operation of the production line.Additionally the thesis focus on the continuous automatic cutting mechanism,conducted research and analysis.Kinematics SolidWorks software 3D modeling and analysis software ADAMS,were studied movement and cut off frequency.Thesis includes the following sections:1.In accordance with surimi production requirements,transformed the traditional production process into the continuous automatic production line,the production process of the material transport block heating stereotypes,transformed into conveyor line,to make transport material blocks in the conveying line completion of the heating process.2.Designing a cutting mechanism for cutting off gob trajectory through the slider-crank mechanism and screw mechanism,integrated two reciprocating movement to achieve a smooth production process production tasks require slug lengths and aspect.3.For cutting mechanism chosen for selection individual components calculated by analyzing the movement of the crank slider mechanism and screw mechanism to determine the vertical movement of the cutter push off the motor and controls the horizontal movement of the servo cutter Motor selection.In addition to the control system and PLC,touch screen,sensors determine the model.4.Analyze the relationship between production requirements and control system,and its theoretical calculation,based on the calculation process,prepared a control system of the program.Control system program including the use of data transfer and computation,analog,high-speed pulse function.While in the control procedures for the preparation and commissioning process,reversing the operating conditions for high-speed servo motor,using a multi-stage transmission pulse sequence ways to solve the problem of servo motor under the operating conditions likely to lose steps.5.Use SolidWorks software for continuous cutting agencies to establish three-dimensional model,and made the link statics analysis by use its own plug-in model SimilationXpress,and then import the model into ADAMS software to build deputy campaign and motion functions,analyze continuous cutting mechanism to obtain the motion picture,and by the angular velocity of the screw motion analysis to verify the selection of the servo motor.Finally,set the virtual production requirements,test cut-off mechanism may reach the limit.Automatic production line of this research through on-site installation and commissioning times,to ensure stable and reliable operation.For automated continuousproduction of surimi products with high practical value,for the same type of food automated production have some reference value. |
