Electroplating industry as one of the three major polluting industries on Earth today has caused great harm to human living environment and health.The establishment of electroplating industry park can integrate small and medium electroplating enterprises,through centralized "collection-management-governance" can Effectively solve the electroplating industry on the environment caused by pollution problems.At the same time,with the continuous development of electroplating industry,the discharge becomes larger and the composition becomes more and more complicated,the environmental protection policy is becoming more and more strict,and the pollution problem of waste water has seriously restricted the survival and development of our electroplating enterprises themselves.Therefore,the integrated electroplating wastewater treatment technology and operation research is particularly necessary.In this paper,the electroplating wastewater of Li'an An electroplating industry park is taken as the research object,and the production process of each kind of plating and the source of waste water are studied.The principle of classification and collection of waste water is taken,and all kinds of heavy metal ions The waste water is adsorbed and removed by ion exchange method,and then the different measures are taken to recover the corresponding heavy metals.For the general degreasing wastewater and the dyeing wastewater is treated by oxidation and gas flocculation.The emulsified degreasing wastewater is treated by electrolysis and gas flotation.The waste water is removed by gas-floating flocculation method,and the cyanide-containing wastewater is treated with two-stage oxidation.The copper-copper wastewater is removed by copper chloride.The pretreatment of all kinds of waste water is collected and finally processed through flocculation sedimentation tank and CASS pool.Through the operation and debugging of the sewage treatment station of the industrial park,and the analysis of the treatment effect during operation can be obtained: the removal rate of various heavy metals is more than 99%;the average COD removal rate of effluent is 91.1% The average nitrogen removal rate of effluent reached 98.9%;the average ammonia removal rate of effluent was 89.6%.Effluent to "electroplating pollutant discharge standards"(GB21900-2008)Table III special emission standards.For the various types of sludge generated by waste water using plate and frame filter press and stacking machine dehydration,mud cake shipped to a qualified unit disposal.
