people’s requirement of protective equipment is no longer limited to excellent protection performance,and they also pursue the light quality and softness.People’s clothing fabric requirements are no longer confined to comfort,but also the pursuit of functional,metallic texture and other characteristics.The application of nano-metal film technology in textile materials,the development of new functional composite fabric has become a new field of textile materials research hot spot.At the same time textile materials are no longer limited to areas such as the use of decoration,can also be used for industrial use,decorative materials with the textile material.Therefore,based on the research of nano-metal film,the nano-metal film composite fabric with circular dots was fabricated on silk and nylon base fabric with different specifications by using composite silk and nylon as base fabric.In this paper,firstly,silk and nylon plain weave fabrics are used as the composite base fabric,and the composite nano-metal film composite fabric is prepared by using the composite ion plating production line and the metal aluminum and silver as targets.The surface and interfacial morphology of the composite metal film fabric were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the binding fastness of the metal film and the fabric was studied.Secondly,the performance of the composite fabric before and after the study,including the permeability of the fabric,moisture permeability,thermal resistance,fracture strength and drape.Finally,the influence of composite metal film on the optical properties of the fabric was studied through the measurement of glossiness,light transmittance and UV protection.The main conclusions are as follows:There was no attachment on the surface of the fabric before the composite,the smooth structure was clearly visible,and after the composite,the surface of the dot-like film layer and the edge of each dot film is irregular jagged,indicating that the metal film is indeed a dot-like attached to the fabric surface.The sizes of the dots of the silk Crepe DE chine fabric and the Organza silk fabric are 525 μm and 545 μm,respectively.The diameter of the dots of the nylon A and B composite fabrics are 502 μm and 508 μm,respectively.Through the elemental analysis ofthe energy spectrum,it is concluded that the nano-metal aluminum and silver are successfully sputtered on the surface of silk and nylon base cloth,and the distribution is uniform.Point metal film has been completely deposited on the fabric surface,the center of the dot area of the metal film has infiltrated the fabric gap,but the point of the edge of the metal film and the base cloth is still a certain gap.The dot-like metal film deposited on the surface of the fabric is more compact,the film is also higher uniformity.And the combination of film and base fabric closely,good fastness.The pore size distribution of the fabric after the composite metal film becomes smaller,the punctate layer penetrates into the pores of the fabric,the pores in the base cloth are clogged,the space for storing the static air in the fabric is reduced,the heat stored by the fabric is reduced,Therefore,the thermal resistance of the fabric after the decline in performance,poor thermal properties of fabrics,moisture permeability decreased.The air permeability decreased,the drape,the warmth,the moisture permeability and the wettability decreased.After the composite metal film,the structure of the yarn was strengthened,and the breaking strength was improved slightly.Especially the composite metal film surface,nylon A fabric lustre> Organza silk fabric lustre > silk Crepe DE chine fabric lustre > nylon B fabric lustre,composite fabric before and after the back of the surface of the composite fabric surface gloss,And the transmittance of the silk fabric treated by the metal composite treatment was obviously lower than that of the untreated silk fabric,which showed a strong ultraviolet shielding effect.In the range of 400-800 nm,the untreated ilk Crepe DE chine fabric showed a strong visible light transmittance of nearly50%,and the treated composite silk fabric exhibited strong visible light shielding,visible light transmittance Was 30%.And the transmittance of the composite silk fabric was lower than that of the composite ilk Crepe DE chine fabric.After the composite treatment,the transmittance of the nylon A fabric decreased from 75% to 50%,and the light transmittance of the nylon B fabric was reduced from 65% to 45%,and the composite fabric of the nylon fabric A The transmittance is still higher than the composite nylon B fabric.Reduced translucency,anti-UV performance has improved.
