Reeling is in accordance with the requirements of raw silk size,the number of root silk from cocoons shells of progressive dissociation,and combined into raw silk machining process.Reeling is an important process of cocoon silk forming raw silk.At present,the croisure which used in manual operation in the silk reeling industry exists between each end silk quality is not unified,complex operation,low labor productivity,labor intensity,restricting the development of the industry,in order to improve the automation level of reeling industry,we design a mechanical automatic false twist device instead of artificial croisure,expecting to achieve no croisure reeling.According to the principle of artificial twist sheath,designed a kind of mechanical automatic false twisting device instead of manual twist sheath for reeling.The device is using a pair of wire wheels instead of manual twist sheath on the silk reeling for false twist.When the silk thread passes through the guide wheel,and is rotate in the horizontal direction by the guide wheel moves back and forth to drive.The false twist of the yarn is realized and the false twist of the yarn is adjusted through the reciprocating speed of the guide wheel.Under the silk reeling tension conditions,guide wheel driven by reciprocating yarn around the level of the direction of rotation,can effectively adjust the tension of reeling silk reeling process.The device in a pair of godet wheel corresponding to a thread of silk,silk thread between each working state of each other.The guide wire hook device can effectively control the distance of filament and wire wheels between the wrap angle adjustment between the wire and wire wheels effect degree.After several tests,the godet wheel reciprocating speed,wire hook distance,crossing times of silk technical parameters of cross frequency have confirmed.Under the conditions of the different parameters of raw silk reeling technology test the breaking strength,elongation at break,cohesion and other performance indicators,and comparison with the same performance indicators of silk reeling by artificial silk reeling twist sheath.The analysis results indicate that when the godet wheel reciprocating speed is 150 times /min,the wire hook distance is 55 mm,across wire 4 times,the performance index of silk reeling and conventional process the raw silk reeling performance is basically the same,and cohesion increased.This shows that the mechanical automatic false twisting device instead of artificial twist sheath is feasible.The raw silk final product is silk fabric,and before weaving silk for soaking,in order to research using false twisting device of the raw silk reeling after immersion whether change,taking two different process of the raw silk reeling of warp and weft thread soaking auxiliaries and additives immersion.Performance is compared with that without soaking raw silk.The results show that between the two kinds of process of the raw silk reeling after soaking performance has no significant difference.The false twist device is feasible to replace the manual twist sheath reeling.
