| Vinylon Factory of Sinopec in Sichuan found that in process of the acetaldehyde’s recycle from waste water with vinyl acetaldehyde,the recovery and pure is not high enough. And the polymerization can easily be observed, it may cause the pipe blockage and affect the normal operation of equipment. The polymerization of acetaldehyde can be an important security implications when storage and transportation. This research try to improve the technological process to improve the safety and recovery and pure.Grinding mouth plug jar is used as sampling container and store in refrigerator to avoid the volatileness of acetaldehyde.Titrition is used as container’s determination. Acetaldehyde in a sample react with hydroxylamine hydrochloride. hydrogen chloride(HCl) come into being. And the HCl’s container can be characterized by acid-base titration. And Gas Chromatograghy was indroduced to analyze the paracetaldehyde and other impurity in acetaldehyde.The first part of our experiment is to improve recovery process of the waste water distillation tail gas and investigate the effect. The result shows that this improvement can increase the recovery and purity of acetaldehyde.The second part of the experiment is to observe how the addition way of sodium hydroxide solution affect the pure of acetaldehyde and the inhibition of paracetaldehyde.The result shows, the effectiveness increase when sodium hydroxide solution mix more uniform. So the sodium hydroxide solution should be introduced at feed line to increase the purity and recovery. |
