| Metal cutting parameters are mainly refer to the feed speed,feed rate and cutting depth.The three elements are the most active factors in processing,and they control the machining processing.Reasonable cutting parameters in machining practice,have great influence on the product quality,productivity,production cost and equipment utilization.Base on empirical data and consulting the manual,traditional choice method of cutting parameters is not only inefficient,but also high cost.If the selected cutting parameters are not appropriate,it is difficult to ensure the precision of machining workpiece and control the cost.At the same time,machine tool may be forced to stop due to large cutting force and ultimately cannot work normally.There fore,it is meaningful to introduce the method of optimizing machining parameters through experiment to improve the economic efficiency of machining tool based on the basis of the material cutting performance.1.On the basis of depth analysis and understanding common CNC(Computer Numerical Control)machined metal materials,the plastic material 45 steel and HT300 are regard as the research object.,Carbide cutter is applied to cylindrical finish turning processing.Turning processing mechanism is studied and effects of cutting parameters on surface roughness are analyzed o rthogonal experiment method was used to determine the two kinds of typical material in place to ensure the surface roughness in CNC machin ing processing and obtain the feed,feed rate,feed depth optimal level and the optimal level combination and primary and secondary order.At the same time,the significance of the factor was inspected and the factors and index trend were mapped out.Test results show that reasonable choice cutting parameter can greatly improve the quality of the surface of the processed parts.This method provides a scientific and effective method to obtain suitable cutting parameters.2.Processing parameter optimization of 45 steel and HT300 is based on fuzzy theory and solve the influence of some uncertain parameters on the processing,and reduce the workload of experiment influenc ing on the optimization goal.3.Through the comparison of two methods of theory of optimization,A NC precise machining processing technology of 45 steel and HT300 is found,and the technology compensates the disadvantage of empirical machining by numerical control.It is conducive to the surface of the product quality and production efficiency.It is also meaningful to enterprise production. |
