In this experiment, the long-term sewage irrigation soil in Liujian village of Taiyuan Xiaodian district was used as soil for experiment and rape as test crop. We set a pot and indoor analysis method to study the effects of different soil amendments (biochar, bentonite, biological fertilizer, manure) on soil pH, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter, chromium content and rapeseed yield, chlorophyll, reducing sugar, nitrate, chromium content. This study mainly got the following results:(1)The four kinds of soil amendments had a certain improvement effect on the long-term sewage irrigation soil. There was no significant difference of soil pH between and CK treatment. The alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus, available potassium, and organic matter content of soil amendments treatment were higher than CK treatment. With the application rate of biological fertilizer or manure increasing, the soil nutrient contents were decreased. With the application rate of biochar increasing, the soil hydrolysis nitrogen, available potassium, and organic matter contents were decreased. Among the four soil amendments, the best effect on soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus and available potassium content was manure treatment while the best effect on soil organic matter content was biochar treatment.(2)The four kinds of soil amendments have improvement and adsorption effect on heavy metal content of chromium. The soil chromium content of biochar treatment and biological fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than CK treatment. Bentonite treatment and manure had little effect on heavy metal content, almost no effect. Overall, manure treatment had the best effect on improving soil chromium.(3)The four kinds of soil amendments have improvement effect on rapeseed yield, chlorophyll and reducing sugar content. Among the four soil amendments, the best effect on rapeseed chlorophyll content was manure treatment. Different soil amendments have different effect on rapeseed nitrate content. When the application rate were 2.5g/kg or Sg/kg, bentonite treatment had reducing effect on rapeseed nitrate content, when the rate was 5.0g/kg, biochar treatment and biological fertilizer treatment had reducing effect on rapeseed nitrate content.(4)The rapeseed chromium content of the four soil amendments were lower than CK treatment. When the application rate was 2.5g/kg, application of biochar, bentonite and manure on rapeseed heavy metals have a good passivation effect. When the application rate was 5.0g/kg, application of manure on rapeseed heavy metals have a good passivation effect. When the application rate was 8g/kg, application of biochar on rapeseed heavy metals have a good passivation effect.
