The Chang4+5 formation in West Block of Nanliang oilfield is is an ultra-low permeability reservoir. Because of the heterogeneity, developed micro-fractures, the water cut increasing rate is very fast; the recovery degree of reserves is low; the remaining reserves are very large. In order to improve reservoir development effect and further produce the remaining oil, the paper is depended on the theory of reservoir description, based on the integralcomprehension of reservoir character, by dynamic analysis, reservoir engineering proof, numerical simulation for the main method, unite dynamic and static state, analyze thecontradictory of development, the movement regulation of oil/water, research the pattern oremaining oil in chang4+5 of Nanliangxi region, propose the development plan of increaseand table production. Finally, forecast those plans with technology of numerical simulationforecast. Some of the main results:Firstly,Chang4+5 formation of Nanliangxi block can be divided into 6 substratum, according to the cyclic deposition. West monocline as background, nosing structures were developed in region. The chang4+5 pertain to delta front depositional system, underwater distributary channel is developed more well in chang4+512?chang4+512. Chang4+5 reservoir belong tolow-porosity and super low permeable reservoir.Secondly, through the reservoir description, comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the relationship between water injection and oil production in past years are carried out from the formation pressure, water drive development situation, and production decline regulation and so on. And then, from the oil rate dynamics the main reservoir types are summarized as stable production type, oil rate rise type, effect with water breakthrough type, and stimulation effect type; besides, from the water-cut change the reservoir divides to two types, that is water-break throng in fractures or in pores; the dynamic production laws and the influence factors in the process of water injection are analysis from the plane, the vertical.Thirdly, the remaining oil distribution are described from the reservoir numerical simulation, through the combination of static and dynamic acquirement, the remaining oil distribution in the plane and vertical is researched and which is divides to six types, that is uncontrollable well pattern type, channel edge retention type, plane water-flooded type, profile unused type, uneven profile used type, thick layer water-flooded retention type. In the different types, the distribution of remaining oil is influenced by perforation, well pattern, fracture distribution and reservoir heterogeneity. Finally, it clears that in the plane the remaining oil distribution charactenzed as unaffected water-flooding area and the residual area in the non main-stream line between oil wells and water wells; in the vertical which is characterized as unused sub-main oil layer and unused oil layer by water-flooding. Based on the calculation of single layer recovery and remaining oil reserves, the remaining oil enrichment area are found out, and by use of the classification of remaining oil reservoirs, the plane treatment, vertical treatment and well pattern adjustment are suggested.
