Rapid prototyping technology has been paid great attention as its new manufacturing idea, rapid manufacturing cycle and flexible product model, which is regarded as "the third industrial revolution ".As one of the rapid prototyping technology, the fused deposition modeling technique (FDM), its current general consumables are biodegradable polymers poly lactic acid (PLA), PLA wire printing temperature should be more than 200 DEG C, which is easy to get burns and other security risks to adolescents and children whose self-protection consciousness is weak in the 3D printing education training. Therefore, the developing printing temperature should be as low as possible, the polymer material, which has the same excellent mechanical properties, non-toxic and biodegradable, is the current FDM technology research hot issues. Butadiene succinic acid glycol ester (PBS) has a lower melting point and excellent mechanical properties, is one of main products of biodegradable materials.However, PBS without modified, the crystallinity is low, the crystal form is poor, the molecular weight and intrinsic viscosity are low, the melt mass flow rate is high, the melt strength is insufficient, which hinder its application in the melt deposition process.Aiming at the deficiencies mentioned above, this paper respectively adopted crystallization change, chain extension modification and blending modification means, carried on modification and research on PBS, comprehensive use difference showing scanning calorimetry method, polarizing microscope, determination of intrinsic viscosity, melt mass flow rate and Torque Rheological Analysis, heat gravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) phase morphology test and other analysis means to characterized and analyzed the modification effect of modified PBS, later through the workpiece warping degree measurement, the accuracy of products observing, wire tensile strength testing, product mechanics performance test and product anti-aging performance test and other macro characterization methods, compare influence on deposition molding performance of PBS materials before and after modification. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, in the heterogeneous nucleation agent modified PBS, the inorganic nucleating agent Nano calcium carbonate, organic acid salt nucleating agent, lanthanum series compounds can play a role in the crystallization of PBS, and effectively improve the crystallization temperature, in which the organic acid salt nucleating agent has the best effect.Crystalline change of PBS can improve the warpage degree of 3D printing products in molding. Experimental results show that PBS print head temperature is 120 DEG C, the temperature of the baseboard controls about 85 DEG C, is conducive to the further improve the warpage performance of the product.The influence on the mechanical properties of PBS fused product by the addition of nucleating agent presents a similar effect with the injection molding, which is, aimed at PBS and addition nucleating agent modified PBS melt product forming products, the addition of different types of nucleating agents can make the tensile strength and notched impact strength of PBS products improve, while the warpage strength is little change.Secondly, in the modified PBS system with different chain extension agents, ADR4370, HDI, HY-3525G all can extend chain modified PBS, and effectively improve the molecular weight, and the expansion chain effect of ADR4370 is the best.Finally, aimed at the modified PBS blending for PLA, the addition of PLA can improve the PBS/PLA blending system, and the mechanical properties of PBS materials are better than the injection molding products. On the above experiment, carry on comprehensive experiment comparison analysis on the PBS/PLA blend system modified by ADR4370 and NAV101, and it is found that the applicability and the overall mechanical properties of the fused deposition molding are relatively good.
