Preparation And Application Of Functional Self-emulsifying Liquid Emulsion

With the development of "green chemistry" and the continuous enhancement of the concept of human environmental protection, the development of non toxic and environmentally friendly chemical products have become the main development trend of the chemical industry. In order to meet the needs of the paper industry for green environmental protection paper additives, several non toxic and environmentally friendly paper additives were studied. In this study, self emulsifying liquids of soluble in water were prepared with mineral oil, camellia oil, soybean oil, and ASA (Alkenyl Succinic Anhydride) by emulsifying, and the preparation conditions and properties of these self emulsifying liquids were studied. Through the characterization of the particle size, contact angle, stability and viscosity of the emulsion, the relationship between component and properties of these self emulsifying liquids were discussed. The optimum dosage of surfactants for various oils was explored, it is concluded that the HLB value of the emulsifier of hydrocarbon oil and vegetable oil has a linear relationship with the contact angle.
