Industrial circulating water scaling has brought many problems and unnecessary moperty loss to the production.At present,the most widely used method is the chemical method and ion exchange method,but there are secondary water pollution and higher cost.In recent years,electronic water treatment technology by virtue of its no pollution,convenient use,low cost,has been widely concerned,has been relatively widespread attention and has important application and research value.This paper describes in detail the mechanism of electronic descaling scale water treatment technology,and analyzes the major experimental factors affecting the proposed treatment.On this basis,two sets of low-voltage electronic water treatment apparatus is designed to measure and test the key parameters affecting the analysis proposed.Through the related literature search,Dynamic test method is used to evaluate the performance of the designed experimental device.First,in descaling experiment,optimizing operation parameters and calculating the hardness removal rate and cathode sedimentation rate of water samples before and after reaction.In scale inhibition experiment,pH value and electrical conductivity were measured,and the physical and chemical properties of water samples were analyzed.The hardness removal rate and scale inhibition rate of water sample before and after the reaction were calculated.Comprehensive analysis and comparison of apparatus in the DC and pulse conditions descalingscale effect.Studies have shown that:apparatus optimal experimental conditions:the optimum current density 17A/m~2;the best plate spacing 2cm;optimal flow 120mL/min.Improvement apparatus optimal experimental conditions:optimum voltage is 5V;optimum electrode distance 2.5cm;flow optimum value 160mL/min.Under the condition of same water hardness,comparing the unit energy consumption hardness removal rate,We found that improvement apparatus has better descaling performance.In scale experiments.The scale performance of apparatus under pulsed conditions better than current conditions.After electrolysis the simulation of hard water conductivity and pH have obvious change.At the same time,when the distance between the cathode plate and the anode plate is determined,it is found that the ruthenium titanium plate has good corrosion resistance and longer use time.
