Research On Schedule Planning And Control Of Optimizing Coal Blending For Coking Project In SG

With the development of economic globalization,competitions among enterprises are becoming fiercer.To response market changes,continuous technological innovation and op-timization have become the source of enterprise's core competitive power and motivation of sustainable innovation.A critical prerequisite for core competences that enterprises rely for survival and development is advanced technology,and technological transformation is a common way to realize technological progress,so it is strong targeted for enterprises.Sche-dule control of technological transformation and optimization projects become increasingly more critical management content affecting smooth implementation of the whole project,meanwhile schedule planning and control management is also the core content of project planning and control management.Therefore it is of great practical significance to study.In the paper,based on project management knowledge,the application of principles and methods of project schedule planning and control management to technological transforma-tion was elaborated taking optimizing coal blending for coking project in SG for instance.First of all,related conceptions of project schedule management were introduced.Secondly,preparatory work of coal blending for coking project in SG was stated and overall planning and organization structure of the project were discussed.Then compilation process of the project schedule and specific content of project schedule planning and control were stated further in the paper.Applying scientific and effective methods,network schedule planning,key route and key work of the project and so on were compiled and project schedule was ad-justed and optimized properly,meanwhile,impact factors existing in project schedule control management was also discussed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.At last,the conclusion and exploration of the project were made at the end of the paper.In the paper,the application of project schedule planning and control management to the project was deeply investigated and discussed so as to make up a scientific and reasonable schedule planning for the project,meanwhile,key factors affecting technological optimiza-tion project schedule were analyzed and summarized to establish scientific project schedule planning and control system,which would help enterprises solve more practical management problems and provide certain reference significance for practical application of project sche-dule control management theory.
