In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society in constant progress,oil has become the people's daily production and living necessities in our country today.No oil extraction continues to progress,most of the main oil field oil moisture content is increasing dramatically.Oily wastewater is a kind of very destructive environment the source of pollution,therefore,the treatment of oily wastewater not only for the protection of water resources and maintain the ecological balance of the earth are of extraordinary significance.The cyclone method for the treatment of oily wastewater from the end of 1980 s,and began to be widely used at home and abroad in early 1990 s.The recent research progress of the spiral vane hydrocyclone has made the overall summary,and on the basis of spiral vane cyclone on the traditional to improve the cyclone separation efficiency as the goal,through the way of cutting processing overflow pipe tail,design a new type slotted spiral vane hydrocyclone.The cyclone has been set by the entity modeling by Creo3.0 modeling software,after using the ANSYS pretreatmentThe software Meshing is used to divide the model into the grid,and finally into the computational fluid dynamics(Fluent)software for numerical simulation and analysisThe Fluent simulation results show that under the same conditions the overflow tube diameter 20 mm,slot length 25 mm,width 2mm and slotted slotted number is 8,the internal flow field velocity distribution of symmetrical,overflow of oil phase volume fraction is higher,less prone to turbulence,and the best separation performance,the separation efficiency can reach 94.5%.in order to make the performance of the cyclone strengthened again,the slotting improved method.Numerical simulation results show that the model of the separation efficiency of the improved model than before the increase,the separation efficiency can reach96.7%.after the experiments,getThe actual efficiency of hydrocyclone was 96.2%,while the numerical simulation and experimental results have some differences,this is because the set boundary conditions and the experimental conditions are different due to the ideal,and very little direct error can be ignored.The experiment observed percentage trend line chart,curve and numerical simulation of the actual curve the experiment is consistent,and the orthogonaltest after slit spiral vane hydrocyclone separation performance was stable,proved through orthogonal test method of hydrocyclone overflow pipe cutting design can be achieved.
