The large amount of waste water discharged from starch and its related products in the manufacturing process that is one of the important waste water in food industry.Without recycling of starch wastewater directly discharged into the pipeline,which will cause environmental pollution,at the same time,it will cause a lot of waste of starch resources.Therefore,it is great significance to carry out the treatment of the polluted water and the starch recovery in the waste water,so as to achieve the recycling of water resources and make the recovery of the material resources.Polyacrylamide(PAM)is an important type of water soluble polymer,it is made by acrylamide(AM)homopolymer or with other monomers homopolymerizing and mass fraction in more than 50%of the linear water soluble polymer chemical products in general and it is widely used in petroleum,chemical engineering,water treatment and other fields.Using the anionic polyacrylamide as the parent in this paper,and getting the formaldehyde occurred grafting reaction,and making the six containing amino ligand substitution reaction,eventually synthesis of new anionic polyacrylamide;Using the viscosity measurement method of polymer molecular weight and getting the characterization by FTIR junction structure;studying the adsorption properties of six kinds of anionic polyacrylamide flocculant of fuchsin basic research.In the study of starch solution,choosing the excellent performance chemical substances of several flocculants for making good achievement.It is mainly manifested as follows:1.Taking the anionic polyacrylamide as the main molecular chain,making the aqueous solution copolymerization by Mannich reaction of grafting modified polymer and carrying out the study of reactant ratio,reaction temperature and pH derived each change of polymer molecular weight and the best reaction conditions.The functional groups of the modified polymers were obtained by infrared spectroscopy,and the synthesis mechanism of the modified polymer was understood by the data,and the stability properties of the modified polymer were further verified by the thermogravimetric analysis instrument.2.Using the modified polymer as an adsorbent,exploring six kinds of polymer modification of fuchsin basic adsorption performance and evaluating six kinds of modified polymer performance for providing a practical reference for further application.Adsorption experiments of six kind of new anionic polyacrylamide polymers and fuchsin basic were studied under the conditions that are the temperature,pH of reaction solution,reaction time and so on.Research results show that TAMP,NITMP,PABAP,IAHP,GUAP,EAMTDP six modified polymer were of fuchsin basic has strong adsorption capacity under the same experimental conditions;the best performance are the two substances PABAP and GUAP.Adsorption kinetic studies showed that the adsorption of anionic polyacrylamide polymer PABAP of fuchsin basic is appropriate for the second order kinetic equation,indicating a chemisorption adsorption process of major rate controlling step,other five anionic polyacrylamide polymers are in line are appropriate for the first-order kinetic equation indicating that the adsorption rate is related to concentration.3.Exploring the flocculation of starch and studing recovery of starch in starch solution of two kinds of anionic polyacrylamide polymers.Two kinds of anionic polyacrylamide polymers was used by the floc settling agent,studying the two kinds of polymer modification of starch in starch solution of flocculation precipitation properties,and using it that can evaluate two modified polymer performance,for the actual operation in the starch flocculent sink to recycle and provide a theoretical basis.The application of two kinds of modified polymer and starch solution in the reaction temperature,the reaction solution pH,reaction time and so on were explored.The research results show that PABAP,GUAP two modified polymers have a strong ability to flocculation of starch solution under the same experimental conditions,which is PABAP>GUAP.
