| With the keen competition in steel industry,customers have been more and stricter in shape and performance of steel strip.So new equipments with new technology have been used in steel production lines,Baosteel steel strip Cold Rolling Plant Continuous Annealing Line(CAPL)is a production line with degreasing,annealing and temper rolling process,it really promotes the competitiveness of Tin plate in the market with its high technology integrated.Tension control is very impartment for constant rolling and strip surface scratch in CAL.This thesis focus on the tension control with the production situation of CAL line in Baosteel."Strip running with high speed stability" is very important in CAL and stable tension is crucial to high speed stability.There are many interference factors such as different speed,external influence could cause the unstable tension of strip,and even make the strip running on wrong way,broken or bending.Even more serious is that could influence the Equipment Efficiency,production and quality.And so "Strip running with high speed stability" is the production requirements in CAL Line.This thesis takes Baosteel 1220mm tin plate continuous annealing unit as the research object.With the introduction of continuous annealing technology,the units of the process and equipment.configuration,and the unit control system are described.And then we reveal the analysis of the tension control principle,research of the unwinding coiler tension,even outside the furnace annealing unit of the looper tension,tension leveling,cleaning machine tension control system.We also take research and analysis of the furnace section tension control system.The analysis shows that we have no tension roll assembly of the unit in the annealing furnace,and small furnace tension is controlled I by furnace 162 furnace roller motor drive to achieve,so stable tension control is very difficult.To solve this problem we focus on the analysis of the tension controlling system of entrance beating roll and furnace SF control system.We also research and analysis the issues about tension within the furnace on the production process of the unit.To prevent the steel strip running to the wrong way,we put forward a set of suitable control technology for high-speed,thin tinplate furnace speed,tension control scheme which tested and verified in real production.With the application in CAL line,this paper shows that the stable tension controlling could significantly prevent strip sliding on the way,fluctuating in the furnace,bending in the washing section and scratching of quality defect. |
