Aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel due to the light quality,sound-proof,anti-explosion and effective energy absorption has been widely used in the field of aviation,vehicle,ship and so on.Understanding the performance of anti-explosion and energy absorption can provide theoretical reference and technical support to the design of the structure.This article uses the simulation method to research the effect of shock wave load on aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel which includes dynamic response of the structure,buckling deformation,energy absorption characteristics and safety structural optimization.The main content of this article:Using nonlinear dynamics AUTODYN software establishes a three-dimensional model of aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel,to study resistance to blast impact load and plasticity absorb of the changing parameters of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel(including changing the thickness of front and back sheet,the thickness and height sandwich layer and cell structure,etc.)and some protective structure optimization scheme is presented.Research results show that because of the "inertia effect",the structural response meet the three stage theory of sandwich plate deformation under explosion shock loading;the resistance to impact load ability of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel which is consist of the less sensitivity matrix material enhances as the structural parameter increases and its platform crushing stress increase is also increasing.In terms of energy absorption characteristics,aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel shows a wide range and stable absorption energy absorption characteristics under explosion impact of different charges.In addition,as the structure of the strength decreases,the trigger threshold is also decreasing;energy absorption is increasing under the same shock wave.In the optimization of the structure safety protection,multilayer aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel compared with single aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel,its impact resistant ability is better,but the critical plastic energy absorption has little difference.In addition,the critical deformation cases,arc-shaped structure of aluminum honeycomb panel antiknock performance and plastic energy absorption ability is superior to with flat aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel.
