| Polyurea elastomeric material is one of elastomers reacted from isocyanate component and amino compound component.The elastomeric material is a green eco-friendly material,which has excellent physical and chemical properties,such as mechanical properties,wear resistance,corrosion,etc.,without catalyst.During construction,the material is free from ambient temperature and humidity and as a new type of green environmental protection material free from pollution.To further improve the overall performance of polyurea material and expand applications,this paper mainly studied the polypropylene glycol(PPG)modified spray polyurea elastomer synthesis and performance research.In this study,we have used isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and amino terminated polyether as the main raw materials,dimethylthiotoluenediamine(E300),diethyltoluene-diamine(E100)as chain extender,respectively to synthesize a series of polyurea elastomeric by two-step method.This result shows that the aliphatic polyurea of PPG modification IPDI system accord with our expected structure.We have determined the reaction temperature is 30℃,isocyanate modification time is 30 min,and used the solvent evaporation deposition.And we know that system in IPDI:PPG-600=2:1,the synthesis of polyurea comprehensive performance is the best.In order to investigate whether the gel time can be extended,we used two kinds of chain extender,namely dimethylthiotoluenediamine(E300)and diethyltoluene-diamine(E100)synthesis polyurea.The experimental results show that the two kinds of polyurea materials have accorded with our expected structure.By gel time test,we found that E100 chain extension of polyurea solution viscosity is suitable for spraying,gel time is less than E300 chain extender polyurea material,but the gel time appropriately extended than the synthesis of polyurea without PPG modified IPDI system.In this study,we have modified polyurea systems and prepared a series of polyurea by using three kinds of flame retardant.The experimental results show that the polyurea with flame retardants has accorded with our expected structure.The flame retardant performance has improved significantly.The best flame effect is the polyurea with FR-530,and mechanical performance is the best.Flame retardants have weaker influence on water absorption and abrasion loss. |
