Digital assembly welding workshop to ensure the stability of welding product's quality,production management efficiency,production failure can be traced back to show a strong function and important value.Based on the application background of digital-intelligent welding,independently developed the first set of two-dimensional code scanning torch digital system,which includes torch scanning,convenient and fast,accurate identification,automatic acquisition,timely transmission.The system is applied to welding robot or special welding equipment.It is also suitable for semi-automatic and manual welding machine to solve the error of manual parameter setting.The digital and automation of welding process parameters transmission were realized.Following contents are included in this paper:1.36 sets of two-dimensional code scanning torch hardware system were designed.Two kinds of two-dimensional code scanning integration torch,which includes integrated scanning torches with molding and the others with connection.Based on the LabVIEW language,the QR two-dimensional code generation and recognition software system was designed.Welding seam recognition was accomplished.2.Based on the SQL Server and LabVIEW,a two-dimensional code welding information database was developed,which realized the database of two-dimensional code welding information storage,read,report generation and the automatic call of parameters in welding card.3.The welding process parameters automatic transmission were developed,including the design of the analog signal output module and the interface circuit,and the welding current and voltage value were automatically transmitted.4.Stability and reliability of this set of two-dimensional code scanning torch system were tested and verified.Recognition rate and stability of five different forms of content and different sizes of three kinds of two-dimensional code were tested and analyzed.For Q235 surfacing welding,anti-interference ability about two-dimensional code recognition of the two-dimensional code scanning torch system in actual welding process was tested.Accuracy and reliability of welding process parameters automatic transmission were tested and verified.Stability and reliability of the whole system was tested and verified.
