On-line monitoring of industrial wastewater discharge has important practical significance to reduce the occurrence of pollution accidents and ensure the safety of environmental water quality. The traditional method of detection is based on chromatographic, mass spectrometry and chromatographic-mass spectrometry. The method has the advantages of no sample pretreatment, good selectivity and high sensitivity, and can realize the on-line,automatic and real-time detection of water quality. Therefore, the three-dimensional fluorescence spectral emission characteristics of three kinds of pesticides were studied, and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy was used to study the three kinds of pesticides of carbendazim, fuberidazole and carbaryl. For rapid quantitative analysis of wastewater pesticides. The main findings are as follows:(1)Study on the emission characteristics of heterocyclic pesticides in different environmental conditions. The fluorescence emission characteristics of three kinds of pesticides were studied. The fluorescence quenching mechanism of Fe3 + and Cu2 + on three kinds of pesticides was studied. The fluorescence quenching mechanism of three kinds of pesticides under different pH and common anions and cations was studied. The results showed that carbendazim and fuberidazole have two fluorescence peaks, and carbaryl has one fluorescence peaks. The main fluorescence peaks of the three pesticides were located at ?ex / ?em = 280 / 300 nm,310 / 340 nm,280/335 nm respectively. The fluorescence intensity of carbendazim and fuberidazole was increased when the acidity and alkalinity were decreased with the change of pH value,Under the acidic condition, the fluorescence emission intensity of civiton did not change significantly, but under alkaline condition, the fluorescence intensity increased with the decrease of pH.Three kinds of pesticides could obtain better fluorescence emission characteristics in the range of pH 6.16-7.4.The presence of Fe3+ and Cu2+has a great influence on the fluorescence emission intensity of the three pesticides. With the increase of the ion concentration, the fluorescence intensity decreases with the increase of the ion concentration. Therefore, the effect of Fe3+ and Cu2+ on the measurement results should be taken into account in the actual measurement.(2)Experimental Study on On-line Monitoring Method of Wastewater fromPesticide Enterprises. This paper studied the on-line monitoring method of pesticide discharge in pesticide enterprises based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The fluorescence emission intensity of three kinds of pesticides was measured with the concentration change. The detection limits of different pesticides were calculated and compared. The effects of different high and low concentrations Recovery and Accuracy of Pesticides. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of the three pesticides increased exponentially with the increase of the concentration, and the concentration range covered the existing pesticide industry emission limit. The detection limits of carbendazim, fuberidazole and carbaryl is0.6ug.L-1,0.01 ug.L-1 and 0.06 ug.L-1,which can meet the requirement of surface water and groundwater trace pesticide detection. The average recoveries of different concentrations of pesticides in mineral water and reservoir water are more than 96%,The average relative error is less than 7%.The results provide a method for the on-line monitoring, monitoring and surrounding surface water / drinking water safety of pesticide enterprises.(3)Study on Three-dimensional Fluorescence Spectra of Pesticide Wastewater at High Concentration an its On-line Detection and Analysis. The fluorescence spectra of three kinds of pesticides under high concentration and the quantitative analysis method of on-line detection under different integral width were studied. The results showed that the fluorescence characteristic region of carbendazim and fuberidazole was red-shifted with the increase of concentration, and the quantitative analysis error was increased.Based on the fluorescence characteristics of different emission wavelength range. The fluorescence intensity of carbendazole and carbaryl increased exponentially with the concentration, and the correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and0.9997,respectively.The correlation coefficients of fuberidazole were 0.9995 and0.9932,respectively.The results provide a basis for the quantitative analysis of pesticide wastewater in high concentration, which lays a foundation for the further development of pesticide enterprises' rapid on-line monitoring equipment for wastewater discharge.
