| Sodium methyl mercaptide is an organic intermediate that can synthesis of various substances.It is increasing demand at home and abroad.There are many ways to the synthesis of sodium methyl mercaptide,but most of the production engineering is the reaction of sodium bisulfide and dimethyl sulfate,and then sodium methyl mercaptide is made of alkali lye absorption.In the process of sodium methyl mercaptide,it leads to the environment pollution about water and air because of the enterprise production management or bad governance methods.In Shandong one enterprises got out of line to produce sodium methyl mercaptide without any treatment in June 2016.This leads to fetid odor emission and it made the surrounding environment extremely bad.Therefore finding the effective way to control production wastewater can not only make sodium methyl mercaptide output to fulfil market development,but also can solve the problem of environmental pollution.It has great practical significance.The main contents of this paper include the following contents:(1)the analysis of the main components of sodium methyl mercaptide wastewater.(2)Different advanced oxidation technology on the oxidation effect of sodium methyl mercaptide wastewater.(3)Fenton reagent on the optimization of experimental conditions of sodium methyl mercaptide wastewater.(4)Study the electrochemical oxidation technology in the treatment of simulated wastewater experimental conditions of sodium methyl mercaptide.It is useful to analyze the wastewater content of sodium methyl mercaptide with the methylene blue spectrophotometric method(GB/T16489-1996).It is known that the content of sulfide in the wastewater is 5mg/L.The content of sodium methyl mercaptide measured by the iodine method in water samples was 75.6g/L.The total salt content of the solution was measured by gravimetric method(HJ/T51-1999),and the salt content of the wastewater after treatment was 77g/L.The results show that the treatment effect of wastewater sodium methyl mercaptide with Fenton reagent is very significant.The COD removal rate can reach 99%and finally recover the sodium sulfate decahydrate.Preliminary study of electrochemical simulated water samples was made of sodium methyl mercaptide.It is found that the redox potential increases with the increase of scanning speed.But the concentration does not affect the redox potential. |
