Due to the distribution of current in electrolytic cell are in copper electrolysis process in crude copper precipitation,adsorption will not rule on the cathode plate sheet,make direct contact between the two electrodes,causing short circuit fault,so that a large amount of electric energy loss and decrease the quality of electrolytic copper.According to the principle of short circuit temperature electrolytic cell between the plates will rise,the use of high-altitude inspection vehicle equipped with embedded ARM board,through the infrared camera to scan the cell surface,using infrared image processing technology to monitor the fault location,it can be faster and more accurate detection to the failure of the site.This paper uses the ARM development board and Linux operating system as the basic platform,choose S3C2440A as the core processor,making the completion of the development board according to the specific functional requirements,through the transplantation of operating system,realize the external control of hardware devices,software and hardware platform.The location of the fault monitoring is based on electrolysis using infrared image processing technology,the system needs to have the functions of image acquisition,infrared camera with USB interface equipment acquisition,development board integrated USB interface drive system kernel add hardware equipment,according to the V4L2 interface to write image acquisition procedures,realize the functions of image acquisition.According to the infrared image processing is completed by PC,so in the image acquisition,real-time image transmission needs,this system uses USB wireless network card and network interface DM9000 network transmission,the development board extends DM9000 network interface in the kernel,add card driver,according to the TCP/IP protocol,write image transmission,image transmission function.Due to the impact of working environment,network transmission interference,image loss phenomenon,this system uses the development board external SD card storage devices in the image acquisition and real-time transmission of image storage,such as the car reaches the designated position,according to the needs of centralized transmission,can solve the lack of pictures effectively.Development board integrated SD card interface,as well as the realization of the kernel driver development,and finally write image storage program to achieve image storage function.Image acquisition and transmission system based on ARM have convenient hardware and software development and low input cost.After putting into use,it has a simple operation that only one person monitor,avoid a lot of manpower,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.In addition,it can detect and deal with the faults in time,and can also reduce the waste of resources for the manufacturers.This method can be applied to different electrolysis fields,and it is of great practical significance for manufacturers to improve production efficiency.
