| China is the world’s largest annual output of salt for seawater baysalt,sea salt has become the main source of people’s lives and industrial salt.The South China coastal area has many beaches,mountains,most salt factory is very small,low degree of mechanization and automation,is still using the traditional method of artificial salt."beat salt" and other monotonous、drying process,almost all by manual completion,labor intensity,and the working environment is slightly omitted.Based on the above background,this paper developed a set of remote control robot assisted seawater baysalt,used to replace the manual to complete " beat salt " and other actions.Based on the analysis of the working steps of the traditional seawater baysalt and the requirements of the robot,the paper designs the overall design of the system.The PS2 handle is used as the remote control terminal,and the wheeled robot is used to study the kinematics and dynamics model of the robot.The motion of the robot is simulated by UG software,and the feasibility of the mechanical design is verified.In order to prevent the corrosion of seawater,the whole body of the car is made of nylon material,and all the mechanical parts are designed by UG software.According to the functional requirements of the seawater baysalt robot,this paper designs the hardware module and specific device selection of the control system.The hardware system includes STM32F103VCT6 core board,DC motor,steering gear,D/A converter,brush controller,power supply module and so on.After the hardware module design of the robot,based on the STM32 platform and Keil MDK programming environment,the control system of the robot software programs are designed,and the PS2 remote control module,D/A module and other key procedures for the detailed design.At the end of the paper,the prototype of the seawater baysalt robot was completed,and the robot was tested in the salt crystallization pool.All the functions were good,the feasibility and practicability of seawater baysalt robot were verified. |
