Working surface coal gangue filling and mining technology by mining from the underground mining of coal gangue and other solid waste with professional machinery and equipment to fill the back of the mined-out area,while the suppression of coal resources effectively replaced,is the development of recent years Up a green and efficient coal mining process.The technology through years of application and research,in theory and practice has made great progress,an effective solution to some of the mining area,"three under" coal mining problems.In this paper,based on the brief analysis of the development of filling and mining technology in recent years and the status quo of solid waste filling and mining,this paper analyzes the methods of analysis,UDEC numerical simulation,physical similar material simulation and cost economic analysis.Mine solid filling and mining technology application system summary.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theory and current situation of solid filling development in recent years,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the movement and deformation of overlying strata after filling and mining technology,and analyzes the main factors influencing the movement and deformation of overlying strata with reference to the more mature equivalent heightening theory analysis.(2)Through the use of computer simulation software UDEC,FLAC-3D and the establishment of physical similarity simulation model for different enrichment rate of coal gangue filling and mining after the mined-out area of the overlying strata deformation movement law and the surrounding rock mining law to start the analysis,and the enrichment rate is set to 50%,70%,80%,90% and so on.(3)Based on the results of UDEC numerical simulation and FLAC-3D numerical simulation,the physical similarity simulation The results show that the numerical simulation results are similar to those of the physical simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with those of the physical simulation experiments with the enrichment rate of 50% and 90%.(4)To collect the professional equipment needed for the implementation of solid filling and mining,calculate the labor costs,equipment costs,electricity consumption and other costs of demolition costs incurred in implementing the technology,etc.,combined with the current national economic policies and tax incentives,Calculate the Shanxi sea tailings due to the use of filling and mining technology occurred in the cost of tons of coal and get comprehensive economic benefits.
