In this paper,the preforming billet of tin bronze connecting rod bushing is taken as the research object,based on the forming principle of connecting rod bushing blank warm extrusion and the characteristics of the tin bronze material,the warm extrusion method is selected.With this forming method,the extrusion has low deformation resistance,high precision,high surface quality and good mechanical properties,is widely used in the special process requirements extrusion.The basic principle of the warm extrusion plastic forming of the connecting rod bushing is analyzed in detail,which provides the theoretical basis and basis for the finite element simulation.The warm extrusion process parameters directly affect the forming quality of the extruded products.Finite element software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the warm extrusion forming technology of connecting rod bush,analyzes the influence of process parameters of warm extrusion billet,and effects of extrusion temperature,extrusion speed,friction coefficient and other parameters on the equivalent strain,equivalent stress,extrusion pressure and damage value of the extruded cylinder were obtained.The effect of the temperature extrusion process parameters on the equivalent stress,equivalent strain,squeezing force and damage value of the extruded cylinder was analyzed by orthogonal test,and the order of influence of the process parameters on the target value is obtained.The influence of process parameters on the extrusion process is analyzed quantitatively by using the range analysis method,and a set of reasonable process parameters is obtained,namely the extrusion temperature is 700?,the extrusion speed is 5 mm/s,the friction coefficient is 0.1,according to the simulation test of connecting rod bushing warm extrusion process has been verified using the optimized parameters to produce high quality surface forming.Based on the characteristics of connecting rod bush blank warm extrusion forming,choosing the anti-extrusion as the warm extrusion forming method,theoretical analysis and calculation of the preheating of the blank and extrusion after the completion of the size of the cylinder,and this method provide a theoretical basis for the warm extrusion die design.Through the analysis and research on the forming process of the connecting rod bushing blank,combined with the conclusion of orthogonal optimization and simulation and worked out a set of reasonable connecting warm extrusion forming process.The paper mainly takes a research of the warm extrusion forming process of engine connecting rod bushing.Through the reasonable control of the blank preheating temperature,the die preheating temperature,warm extrusion lubrication and so on,which can able to produce a workpiece with superior performance.A double combined-type prestressed extrusion dies with and heat preservation control system and automatic roof material device was designed based on this research.
