With the speeding up of industrialization process,the quality of wastewater from industrial increases.It is a great significance to develop an efficient and green wastewater treatment equipment to avoid environmental pollution.A cavitation impinging stream reactor for treatment of organic wastewater was developed by the team in preliminary work,in this paper,based on the preliminary work,the structure and technical characteristics of the important components-cavitation self oscillating pulsed jet nozzle were studied emphatically.The background and significance of the subject were introduced first,and the progress of research on cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse nozzles at home and abroad was reviewed.Based on the respective analyses of the structure principle and the internal flow field of the organ pipe and the Helmholtz nozzle,the advantages of the combine structure of them were analyzed,and the standing wave and the resonance were regarded as the important factors of generation,transmission and amplification of flow field wave vibration in the nozzles,according to analysis result,the important indexes of affecting the effect of the cavitation nozzle were determined,which lays the foundation for the subsequent verification of the nozzle characteristics.And then the orthogonal test method was introduced.According to the orthogonal test principle,an orthogonal test table was designed for cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse jet nozzle,then a variety of nozzles physical model were established with Solidworks,Fluent software was used to simulate the different structures of the nozzles in different groups according to the orthogonal test table,by comparing the data,the best structure of the two single nozzle were selected;And then combine the two nozzles in series,by changing the diameter and length of the intermediate connecting pipe section,the different structural dimensions of nozzles were obtained,according to the orthogonal test table,simulation were performed to acquire characteristics of nozzles,finally the most reasonable nozzle structure was determined.The simulation results show that the structure and characteristics of the cavitation self-oscillating pulsed jet nozzle were verified.The speed of nozzle jet reached 67.34 sm /,the cavitation rate of the outlet section reached 0.94,pressureenergy,turbulence kinetic energy and other technical characteristics have been greatly improved.A cavitation self-oscillating pulse nozzle was fabricated according to the optimum nozzle structure size,the frequency of its disturbance was measured by frequency measurement experiment,the correctness of the formula of the natural frequency of the nozzle was verified.The effect of the modified cavitation self-oscillating pulsed jet nozzle was optimized by the cavitation impingement-Fenton combined degradation wastewater experiment.
