The method with rapid and accurate detect the important ion in metabolic process of life,has become an important topic issue in the whole world.In recent years,fluorescent online display technology with high efficiency was applied in molecular biology,pathology,clinical laboratory science and other fields.In this thesis,a series of phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole(PI)and its derivatives has been designed.By introducing unit with aggregation induced emission(AIE)property to PI structure,a kind of novel luminescent materials were obtained,which exhibited the enhanced fluorescence activity when the water dropped to the mixed solution.After introducing the same electronic block to different positions of the PI structure with AIE property,the carrier injection balance would be improved when applied as luminescent materials,and higher utilizing rate might be obtained.At the same time,its biological compatibility was improved when introducing active carboxylic acid or chloride groups,and they may be ideal fluorescent probes.After introducing carbazole or triphenylamine unit to the PI structure,the AIE property of the derivatives was not been obtained.However,the compounds have excellent optical performance and potential applications in ion sensers.TPE,a typical AIE group,was inserted the different positions of PI structure,and its PI-based derivatives showed obviouse AIE property.Firstly,the TPE group was introduced to para-position and meta-position of PI structure,respectively,and the two obtained compounds showed quenching probe propertities in strong acid solution.The compound with meta-position connecting TPE group,is close to the deeper blue light.Based on this structure,the cyano group was introduced to improve the carrier injection abilty,so the two new compounds with AIE property could be gotten by introducing cyano to meta-position and para-position,respectively.Comparing these two compounds,the one with para-position cyano inserted existed fluorescence quenching phenomenon caused by CT effect.After introducing the carboxylic acid or chloride group to the structure with AIE property to improve their biological compatibility,and acyl chloride can be made by further reaction,which could improve the effect of the cell staining.Therefore,the fluorescent probe structure with high stability and AIE property in water was obtained.Through the structural adjustment and detailed spectroscopic studies,we develop a new type of fluorescent probe structure and high effective blue light material,and preferably obtained some well probe structure,which all give contribution for research of PI and its derivatives.
