Research On Logistics System Of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal

The current supply chain management as an important guiding ideology of modern management is increasingly integrated into the development of port logistics,the application to the planning and management of port logistics system.Meanwhile,port transportation system planning and management but also because of positive thinking into modern supply chains become more scientifically advanced,and more with the development of competitive advantage.Port logistics is no longer simply a combination of port and logistics,supply chain and port logistics system planning methods to achieve perfect become the focus of modern theoretical research work.Only in this way,the port logistics system resources to be able to carry out a reasonable configuration and optimization science,to be able fully to the future development of port logistics co-ordination and development of prediction from a strategic height,so as to establish a modern port logistics system,using the theory of scientific research and methodologies to achieve optimal development of port logistics and sustainable development.Specifically,this thesis has the following six sections: Chapter 1 Introduction.Background and significance of the thesis expounds the opening of the research,combing summarizes the present situation of research and ideas,as well as a brief introduction to the main content and methods of this study.Chapter 2 outlines the theoretical basis of the coal port logistics system.Basic research later theoretical groundwork needed,mainly to explain the concept of port logistics system,function,evolution and development trend,and further information on the meaning of the coal port logistics system,subsystems and other basic theory.Chapter 3 is the case study,explore the operation of coal logistics system in Shenhua Tianjin coal terminal.First,the basic situation of Shenhua Tianjin coal terminal is introduced,and the significance of predicting the water quantity of Shenhua Tianjin coal terminal is described.The three part of the system is analyzed by the analysis of the sub system and operation flow of Shenhua Tianjin coal terminal.Chapter 4 Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal System Development Strategy pier.Based on the above analysis,this paper firstly selects the main water consumption of the terminal,and gives the qualitative and quantitative forecast of the coal water quantity of Tianjin coal terminal,and puts forward some problems,such as structural optimization,operation flow optimization,infrastructure optimization,management improvement and so on.Chapter 5 Conclusion and Outlook.
