With the rapid development of science and technology,a variety of electronic devices brought convenience to people's lives at the same time,electromagnetic radiation is also a constant threat to people's health.In order to effectively protect human health from the effects of electromagnetic radiation,electromagnetic shielding clothing is come into view and become the focus of research on electromagnetic protection products.But in order to meet the clothing wearability,the process of making clothing needs to be designed in function of pores or fractures,which affect the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing in certain extent.The shielding effectiveness test is only measured the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of shielding clothes in a certain range of frequencies and cannot cover all situations because of the limitation of electromagnetic shielding clothing laboratory space and equipment.Therefore,The paper simulates the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing with hole and seam by means of electromagnetic simulation software,which is to obtain the influence rules of electromagnetic shielding clothing in the aspects of wider frequency range,the size?number and spacing of the hole,and the width of the seam.Firstly,the paper analyzes the female upper body structure and extracts the characteristics of upper body structure and features parts.The female upper body model is established by using the CATIA software.Secondly,it adopt the inversion method according to the basic theory of electromagnetic shielding and the mathematical models of the human body in the electromagnetic simulation software CST verified the simulation analysis,which proves the accuracy of the simulation method used in this paper.Thirdly,It establishes a perforated seam of electromagnetic shielding clothing under electromagnetic radiation simulation model and calculates with different holes and seams of the electromagnetic shielding clothing?s shielding effectiveness.Finally,The results of simulation are analyzed,and itis concluded that different holes,seams on the influence law of electromagnetic shielding clothing?s shielding effectiveness.The simulation results show that the electromagnetic shielding clothing has some effect on shielding effectiveness on hole size,spacing and position and gap width.When two rectangle button holes vary is within 10mm2,the rectangle is smaller influence with a small aspect ratio on shielding effectiveness of electroma gnetic shielding clothing.Button hole spacing within 10mm2 will significantly affect the shielding effectiveness of whole clothing.When it is more than 20 mm,the clothing shielding effectiveness will reduce the overall.But the button hole spacing will no longer affect the shielding effectiveness of clothing.The number of button holes increases,and then,the electromagnetic shielding clothing shielding effectiveness will decrease accordingly.However,electromagnetic shielding clothing?s shielding effectiveness is not obvious for the button hole number change when the number of holes for 2-4.When the gap length is certain and the width becomes larger,the shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding clothing is decreased.When the gap width is less than 1mm,the width of the gap has little effect on the shielding effectiveness.When the gap width is between 1mm and 2mm,the shielding effectiveness of the whole electromagnetic shielding clothing is reduced.However,the shielding effectiveness of the clothing is not obvious because of the width of the gap.When the gap width is more than 2mm,the shielding effectiveness is significantly reduced.Therefore,it can be more flexible and reasonable structure design clothing,which is to grasp hole size,number and spacing and slot width on the effect of the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of shielding clothes effective range in the design of electromagnetic shielding clothing according to controlling the aspect ratio button holes,spacing and number of gap width.
