| As the application of the anchor rod support technology is more and more widely,people have to pay more and more attention to the quality of the anchor rod.Once the length of the anchor rod is less than the design by the reasons of corrosion,fracture act,will directly affect the quality of the whole project.What is more,it will lead to building collapse accidents.Its destructive is very large by means of drawing force test to detect the quality of the anchor rod and it also wastes more time and labor force.What’s more,this means can’t detect the length of the anchor rod,only aims at testing the anchoring force.Although it reduces the damage to the surrounding rock and coal mines,implements the rapid detection of large area by means of non-destructive testing methods,such as ultrasonic method,impact stress wave method act,all of these methods have the problems of anchor rod coupling.The calculation is very complicated to operate,and the measured result is easily affected by the measurers.The non-destructive detector about the quality of the anchor rod through electricity standing wave designed in this paper,which measuring probe and measured metal anchor rod can be implemented by electrical contact signal transmission.It uses the electric standing wave to measure the length of the anchor rod.This method is very suitable for the detection to the anchor rod of large area’s underground coal mine.This paper mainly discussed from the following four aspects:First of all,this paper introduces the advantages of using anchor rod supporting and application,and the status quo about the technology of testing the quality of the anchor rod.Than analyzes the measuring principle of using standing wave method to test the length of the anchor rod.Secondly,this paper emphatically analyzes the hardware design and software design of the detector.Among them,the hardware part includes single chip microcomputer control module,frequency generation module,voltage amplification module,preamplifier module,pressure control gain module,detection module,serial communication module,display module and power module.Software part using C language,Mainly includes the main program flow design,single-chip microcomputer simulation I2C bus communication unit,MCU control CDCE906 unit of work.Then,using the realized detector made length measuring experiment of the different length of the anchor rods,and analyzed the causes of error according to the results of the test.Finally,this paper points out the deficiencies and the improvement areas of the non-destructive detector about the quality of the anchor rod anchor,and puts forward some suggestions for future research. |
