| With the rapid development of urbanization, the water environment protection consciousness of the state raises. In the sewage treatment process, there have been many new types of sewage treatment technology, and as a kind of multifunctional water treatment agent, potassium ferrate has the following advantages: it does not produce secondary pollution, odourless, tasteless, high speed of the oxidation flocculation, disinfection, sterilization, etc. It plays an important role in sewage treatment.Potassium ferrate was used to treat the raw water of the reclaimed water station of Shandong Jianzhu University, and the degradation of organic matter in wastewater by potassium ferrate was studied. The main research results are as follows:(1)The COD removal efficiency by the addition of potassium ferrate was studiedat 23 ℃ under the conditions of 420 mg/L in raw water and pH was 7.48.The results showed that the dosage of potassium ferrate was 50mg(calculated as Fe),and the degradation effect of organic matter was better. On the basis of this, the effect of reaction time on COD removal was studied. The results showed that COD decreased sharply at 20 min and decreased to 55 mg / L at 20 min. After 20 min,the reaction time had little effect on the degradation of organic matter of potassium ferrate. The effect of pH on COD removal was studied. The results showed that the COD content was 32 mg / L at p H 3.01,and the effect of potassium ferrate on the degradation of organic matter was better.(2)Using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, potassium ferrate on different carbon source organic matter in wastewater removal features were studied.Contrast ultraviolet-visible spectra and absorbance data, found that increasing the potassium ferrate dosing quantity, and the intensity of the absorption peak decreases. However, when the dosage reached 50mg/L,the absorption peak was not reduced, indicating that the organic matter no longer degraded. After the reaction time exceeded 20 min,the reaction time had little effect on the degradation of organic matter. The effect of pH on the degradation of organic matter in different carbon sources is obvious. When the reaction p H is about 3.00,the absorption peak is very low,and with the increase of p H value, the absorption peak of the corresponding organic matter is increasing, indicating that the content of the corresponding organic matter is also increasing.(3)The removal characteristics of potassium alkoxide from different carbon sources were investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Based on the fluorescence spectra and absorbance data, and with the measured water samples in the same value of COD analysis,The results showed that when the dosage of potassium ferrate increased, the COD content decreased gradually and the fluorescence peak value became smaller, and the removal of organic matter was obvious. After the dosage was 50mg/L,the organic matter in the water sample was degraded to small molecules of organic matter, this time the effect of potassium ferrate has reached the maximum, there are still some small molecules can not get all the organic degradation. After 20 min,the reaction time increased, the COD content did not decrease obviously, and the fluorescence peak was not significantly reduced. The reaction time had little effect on the removal of organic matter from different carbon sources.PH had a certain effect on the removal of organic matter from different carbon sources. When the reaction pH was 3.0 Under the acidic condition, the COD content is the lowest and the fluorescence peak is the smallest, and the effect of potassium ferrate on the degradation of organic matter is better.(4)The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to scanned the raw water samples,it can be found that the raw water of the reclaimed water station mainly contained organic substances such as lipids or unsaturated carboxylic acids, alcohols and ketones.Through the analysis of the fluorescence intensity, the raw water mainly contained organic substances such as tryptophan,aromatic-like protein and humus. The scanning results of functional groups was different because of the principle of two kinds of spectrophotometer,so the results of the analysis of the material were somewhat different.(5)According to the fluorescence spectrum analysis, there are three kinds of organic compounds,cis-like acids,aromatic-like proteins, humus,in this water sample.Through the test,it can be seen that the removal effect by potassium ferrate on these three kinds of organic matter was obvious.COD was still above 100 mg / L,indicating that potassium ferrate cannot completely remove the degradation of small molecules. |
