Vulcanization is a process in which tyres are processed.Vulcanization is an extremely important stage in many processes.Whether the effect meets the requirement of the process will directly affect the actual performance of the tire.In the curing parameter,the temperature of the vulcanizing medium is the most important,and the accurate control is the prerequisite for the degree of vulcanization and the uniformity of vulcanization to meet the requirement of the process.In this paper,the radial tire vulcanization hot water as the research object,according to the water temperature fluctuation,control water pipe and hot water pump failure and jitter group curing effect is poor phenomenon caused by the actual production lags behind the deaeration heating device in the tire curing process,analyzes the influence of water flow changes and other factors on the return of the.Simplified the model of deaerator heating system,combined with the hypothesis,heat transfer law and heat balance theory,established the mathematical model of the superheated hot water temperature control system.Based on the research status at home and abroad for reference on analysis of vulcanization characteristics of hot water temperature control system,which is a nonlinear control for hot water temperature control system is complicated,the conventional PID algorithm is difficult to achieve precise control of the temperature of the hot water system,in order to overcome the uncertainty and random disturbance,variable parameter PID control strategy using PID variable parameters,nonlinear function.Tuning of controller parameters can change with regulating effect of value for a particular setting,in order to make the variable parameter PID control to achieve better results,this paper uses artificial immune algorithm to optimize the design of the controller.The solution of the system optimization is quickly converged to the advantages among the cells,and the variable parameter PID with strong interference immunity is optimized.Finally,the simulation is carried out to compare the control performance of the hot water heater temperature control system using the variable parameter PID immune genetic algorithm and the traditional PID controller and the variable parameter PID controller.The simulation results show that the PID immune genetic algorithm with variable parameters used in this paper has the advantages of high precision,good adaptability and robustness.
