| Split multi-walled carbon nanotubes(SMWNTs)or Graphene oxide(GO)were used as raw materials,and high energy explosives were used as fillings to prepare CL-20/SMWNTs or CL-20/GO nano-composite energetic materials with the method of ultrasound inhalation、vacuum、ultrasonic-vacuum.Characteristics of the prepared materials were determined by using TEM,DSC-TG,and XRD,and light ignition test was conducted.The main results show that:(1)The preparation conditions of CL-20 / SMWNTS were ultrasonic inhalation method,ultrasonic temperature 30 ℃,ultrasonic power 90 W,filling times 5 times,solvent acetonitrile;CL-20 / GO preparation conditions were ultrasonic inhalation method,ultrasonic temperature 30 ℃,Ultrasonic power 90 W,the number of filling 5 times,solvent acetone.(2)Through TEM analysis,it showed that the ultrasonic inhalation method was filled with CL-20 crystal grains in the hollow tube of open multi-walled carbon nanotubes,which were mostly granular and intermittent,with a maximum size of about 39 nm.The CL-20 particles were deposited in the graphene oxide layer by ultrasonic inhalation method,and the distribution of the particles was 40 nm.The use of ultrasonic-vacuum method combined with surface a few CL-20 adsorbed on graphene oxide in graphene oxide layers,load the CL-20 grain size in layers on the poor,unable to obtain the clear lattice fringes,filler type cannot be determined,and the filling amount less.There were a few CL-20 adsorbed on the layer by the ultrasonic-vacuum method,and the CL-20 grains are not well crystallized,and the crystal lattice is not clear.(3)Through TG-DSC analysis,it showed that Initial decomposition temperature and decomposition peak temperature is lower for CL-20/SMWNTs or CL-20/GO nano-composite energetic materials than for pure CL-20.(4)Carbon-based nano-composite materials can be light-sensitive,and it can ignite when the laser energy is 50 W with dazzling light accompanied by a lot of white smoke in burning.The shorter the laser ignition distance of CL-20 / SMWNTs nanocomposite materials are,the faster the combustion reaction is.The use of electronic flash as the ignition light source can ignite the CL-20 / GO nanocomposite energetic material,but the combustion can’t be sustained. |
