In order to study of wet imitation steel fiber shotcrete instead of hanging in imitation of the principle and application of reinforced concrete,this paper carried out the experimental research method of flexural toughness of reinforced concrete circular plate net hanging wet imitation steel fiber shotcrete,,to provide experimental evidence for the mechanism of imitation of steel fiber in concrete;Using FLAC3D software to simulate the tunnel without support,wet sprayed steel fiber concrete imitation shotcrete,stress distribution,deformation and deformation law of surrounding rock hanging concrete reinforced shotcrete under the condition of wet imitation steel fiber shotcrete in practical engineering applicability.The addition of steel fiber can improve the overall performance of concrete in wet Imitation steel fiber shotcrete,which makes it more homogeneous.According to the test,it can be seen that the initial cracking strength,peak load and energy absorption of the wet sprayed steel fiber reinforced concrete circular plate are higher than that of the steel reinforced concrete.This is because the hanging steel mesh concrete uniformity is poor,the load of specimen after the internal stress distribution is uneven,easy to produce stress concentration and quickly into the plastic deformation stage,the overall loss of sample load,leading to early crack strength,low fracture and energy absorption under peak load.FLAC3D Numerical simulation results show that the use of wet sprayed steel fiber concrete for imitation bolting roadway surrounding rock in high stress area is reduced,two sides of roadway roof and floor displacement and subsidence are further reduced.All these show that the wet spray steel fiber concrete anchor imitation stability of Roadway after supporting strengthened.Finally,according to the wet imitation steel fiber shotcrete experiment,to study the wet spray application of imitation steel fiber reinforced shotcrete in tunnel of coal mine area,research on wet sprayed steel fiber concrete construction process,simulation parameters and economic benefit.The results show that when the wet imitation steel fiber shotcrete layer is used,the rebound rate and dust concentration are obviously reduced,and the construction efficiency and economic benefit are improved obviously. |
