Mine battery locomotive is widely used in the mining industry of our country.However,the traditional battery-powered power supply system has a large volume of battery,low endurance,short service life and so on.The traditional battery-powered will hinder the mine electric locomotive to give full play to its application value.And the waste batteries will cause serious pollution to the environment.Due to the special characteristics of non-contact power transmission,the wireless power supply technology can realize the real time power supply for the electric locomotive.This can make the motor vehicle carry little or no battery.This also realize the integrated design of electric locomotive drive' system and power supply system.This technology will be able to break the bottleneck of the mine electric locomotive,and promote the progress of China's mining industry.Wireless power supply technology has attracted more and more research institutions because of its huge application potential and achieve high power gradually.Today,the technology is gradually achieve high power and high efficiency.This project plans to apply wireless power technology to mine electric locomotive and built the model of mine locomotive wireless power system.And then,this paper will use simulation software to verify the feasibility of the system.By comparing the three types of wireless power transmission,This paper choose the type of electromagnetic coupling resonant due to the characteristics of mine electric locomotive.This paper apply coupled mode theory and circuit theory to analyze the wireless power supply technology.The effects of frequency,load and mutual inductance on the tansmission characteristics of the wireless power supply system are analyzed in the MATLAB and OrCAD.On this basis,the circuit of wireless power supply system is studied in this paper.The filter circuit selects the EMI circuit,in order to reduce electromagnetic radiation and the influence on grid.Rectifier circuit select the full bridge of uncontrollable rectifier.High frequency inverter circuit choose IGBT,and use soft switching technology to reduce the switching loss.Power converter circuit use Buck-Boost circuit.In Simulink simulation software,this paper builds a secondary side circuit simulation model to verify the stability of vehicle.For the coupling mechanism of the wireless power supply system,the structure design of the coupling coil and the magnetic core is determined by the calculation and the MAXWELL.Because the system need to lay wireless power supply track,this paper also analyzes the model of the wireless power supply track to ensure the stability and efficiency of the system.Because mine electric locomotive use in the mining field,the paper studies the safety power capacity of the wireless power supply system in the flammable and explosive environment.
