| In recent years,with the technological progress,especially in developing countries,the rapid development of the automotive industry,machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,the global demand for high-grade lubricants base oil has always been in short supply,the corresponding class IV base oil market demand is also increasing,PAO its Viscosity temperature performance,low temperature fluidity and good high temperature oxidation resistance,clean,low consumption characteristics of the market has been concerned about.As the first PAO plant in China,the production of poly-α-olefin synthetic oil plant in Lanzhou Lubricating Oil Plant of Petro China,because of its poor quality of raw materials and polymerization process and poor performance of products,has not been applied in high-grade lubricating oil.The influence of the device on the quality of the product was discussed.The process of polymerisation and the selection and optimization of typical PAO20 were studied.The research results were tested in the industrial plant.The results showed that the water content,the catalyst particle size,the stirring speed,the continuous addition of catalyst and the concentration of HCL could affect the control results of the polymerization process.On the basis of the research results of polymerization rule,the optimum polymerization condition of PAO20 was selected.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the concentration of anhydrous aluminum trichloride was 2.5%,the reaction temperature was 65 ℃,Time 3.5h,the catalyst continuous feed rate of 0.2g / min,olefin ratio of C10:C12 1: 1.Based on the above conclusions,the PAO20 products obtained in the industrial plant test results in the application of gear oil is better,can replace foreign products. |
