| With garment digitization and intelligentization develop rapidly,the non-contact measuring method taken to extract body dimension is gradually applied in personalized garment customization,3D garment design,virtual fitting and virtual human body modeling technology,etc.Currently,manual measurement are frequently used in measuring body dimension.Some colleges and universities and enterprises have introduced 3D scanner to collect body dimension so as to create body dimension database quickly.Because of convenient operation,fast response,low cost and other advantages of two-dimensional non-contact measurement method,more and more colleges and universities begin to focus on how to extract useful body dimension information from 2D images and constantly improve the research plan in order to get higher accuracy of dimension.Therefore,two-dimensional non-contact measuring method is worthy of further research..Based on the above background,literature analysis method is taken to make penetrating analysis of the research situation and the experimental scheme of two-dimensional photographic method is designed for later analysis as the foundation.The experimental datum gained are statistically analyzed and mathematical model is established.The fuzzy evaluation method is carried out to assess the experimental results and the theoretical basis of two-dimensional non-contact young female body dimension system is established.The main research includes the following contents:By taking two-dimensional photographic method and 3D scanning method to measure the dimension datum of 215 young women in school and processing of the datum,the final samples available are 204.Based on digital image technology,MATLAB software is combined to process the front and side image of human body through gray processing,binarization,closed operation and boundary operator.Eventually,the body outline of the image is extracted.By using Harris corner algorithm to position the feature points of the outline and processing the feature points with Dist function,the height,width,thickness and angle size of image body dimension are gained automatically.At last,the actual dimension can be gained according to the proportionrelation between image dimension and actual dimension.As for the feature dimension extracted from the image,principal component analysis and clustering analysis are made by taking girth factor,height factor and torso factor as factors of clustering analysis.Thesamples are divided into F statistics of 2-8 class and five categories optimal samples are gained in classification results.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation weight-based on principal component analysis method is put forward and used to verify the correctness of classification results.By analyzing the size description of the whole and part of human body,human body shape is analyzed through the body mass index,shoulder,chest,waist,hip and leg features.The correlation of human body relevant dimension is analyzed by taking chest circumference and BMI index as independent variables,circumference width and circumference thickness as independent variables for the linear fitting of non-direct extracting dimension.It is shown that the accuracy of taking their respectively circumference width and circumference thickness as the independent variable for fitting is significantly higher than taking chest circumference and BMI index for fitting.In addition,based on analysis result of the size description of human body,the way of combining circumference width and thickness value and BMI value is put forward.Meanwhile,the ratio between circumference and vector value,the ratio between circumference width and height,the ratio between circumference thickness and height,the ratio between circumference width and chest circumference width,the ratio between circumference thickness and chest circumference thickness are introduced as the independent variables,the analysis are made basing on the above correlation parameter.Based on MATLAB software,fitting process is conducted on the neck circumference,lower chest circumference,abdomen circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference.Besides,starting from the external structure of human body,fitting process is conducted on the frontal waist length,back length,thigh circumference and knee circumference.In conclusion,the theoretical basis of two-dimensional non-contact young female body dimension system is established by integrating above research basis. |
