In the intelligent high speed development of science and technology environment,smart clothing becomes a new research focus of garment industry,there have been more gradually mature research of its development in the field of sports and health care field;on the basic of a lot of academic research,this article from an existing key technology of smart clothing,heart rate monitoring method,heart rate monitoring position and monitoring module aspect summarize,related research the position of the heart rate monitoring module combined with clothing.The paper's select three lead channels and twelve lead channels medical Holter dynamic ECG lead wires attached electrodes to 17 different position for heart rate monitoring position;through static and dynamic tests for the best position of heart rate monitoring module and clothing combined with,finally verify the accuracy and reliability of the results by means of experiments.The article main research contents are as follows:(1)Pre-experimental preliminary experiment monitoring the effective position.Through on one experiment object,static and dynamic experiment,sitting,lying down,walking and running action,used S standard instrument monitoring of heart rate value and in 17 positions used R monitoring of heart rate value,SPSS correlation analysis,and from 17 positions filter out the position which correlated with standard values as a good position;in sit action obtained P1,P12,P13 and P17;in lying down action got P1,P6,P12 and P13 positions,in walk action got P1,P16,P17positions;in running action got P1,P6 positions.(2)Static and dynamic experiment obtained the best monitoring position.Through on 10 experiment objects,static and dynamic experiment again,also using correlation analysis method obtained P1 position for the best monitoring of heart rate position in sit action;obtained P6 position for the best monitoring of heart rate position in lying down action;obtained P1 and P17 positions monitoring of heart rate position in walk action;obtained P6 position for the best monitoring of heart rate position in running action.(3)Analysis of experimental data.Using SPSS Regression analysis method,for each action,the standard values and selected position of the heart rate monitoring,regression analysis,and obtain the relationship between the two.(4)Set the sit action as S;lying down action as L;walking action as W and running action as R;set P1,P6 and P17 as x A,x B and x C.Analysis of the regression equation is as follows:in the sit action of regression equations,y S=58.139+0.230xa;in lying down actions of regression equation for,y L=60.641+0.203xb;walking action of regression equations,y W=45.077+0.346xa+0.161xc;running action of the regression equation,y R=104.493+0.206 xb.(5)Verification experiment.Weierkekesen signed rank test and sign test in two ways,shows P1 and P6 and P17 position monitoring heart rate values are valid and reliable.Ultimately subjective evaluation of monitor heart rate clothing of wearing comfort..
