Study On The Governance Of The Ecological Environment Of The Government From The Perspective Of The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

In today’s society,the environmental problems faced by mankind are becoming more and more serious.The environmental threat is becoming an obstacle to human development.At present,China is undergoing rapid economic development and facing many environmental problems.The construction of ecological civilization has gradually become a problem of equal importance to economic construction.Ecological civilization is the latest development of human civilization,the results of the implementation of the government to the ecological environment,to achieve the harmonious development of man and nature.Therefore,the governance of ecological environment is becoming an important research topic under the threshold of ecological civilization construction.In this context,this paper takes into account multiple disciplines such as economics,politics,sociology,etc.,discusses the governance of the ecological environment of government.Government governance of the ecological environment is the government through the exercise of management,regulation,service and other functions,in accordance with the laws and regulations on the ecological environment management,with a view to improving the ecological environment and achieve harmony between man and nature.At present,the key link of ecological civilization construction in our country is the governance of the ecological environment of the government,the government is the leading of ecological environment governance,and other ecological environment governance main body does not have the advantage in ecological civilization construction.Ecological civilization construction and government ecological environment management,can have a positive significance to the progress of human society.This paper mainly studies the governance of ecological environment of government,and the research perspective is ecological civilization construction.Therefore,the article first defines the connotation of ecological civilization,analyzes its inevitability,and analyzes the main problems and causes of ecological environment in China.Secondly,this paper analyzes the three dimensions of the government’s ecological governance,including the technical,administrative and political dimensions,and explores the main problems of the government’s ecological environment governance.On the basis of the above,this paper also tries to give the path to optimize the governance of the government’s ecological environment,from the four aspects of establishing the responsibility of the government’s ecological environment governance,perfecting the government’s ecological environment governance,improving the ecological democratic consultation mechanism and perfecting the ecological environment supervision mechanism To provide a reference for government decision-making.For today’s China,the history to a civilized transition period,whether to seize the opportunity of ecological civilization,to solve China’s increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems,the key is to improve the government’s ecological environment management capacity,effectiveness and security..
