| The rapid development of science and technology,and the constant appearance of new industry and technology,and the enhancement of people’s environmental consciousness result in the increase of requirements for manufacturing.In order to save energy and resource and protect environment,manufacturing gradually develop lightweight and high-performance products.Single metal and alloy has been difficult to keep up with the pace of development,in order to conform to the trend of the era,the laminated composite is gradually entered the view of the science researchers.Because of the extraordinary lightweight,high specific strength properties and excellent corrosion for Al/Mg/Al composite,there are many great potential values that are worthy to be attended in the area of aerospace,automotives and electronics.The Al/Mg/Al laminated composite were fabricated by hot rolling.The influence of rolling parameters on microstructure,mechanical properties and texture of laminated composites was studied by using OM,Xrd,Instron testing machine and so on.The results show that: tensile strength and yield strength of laminated composites increased with the increase of rolling reduction and the decrease of rolling and annealing temperature.Elongation first increased and then decreased with the increase of rolling reduction and annealing temperature,and it constantly increased with increasing rolling temperature.Bonding strength of laminated composites first increased and then decreased with increasing rolling and annealing temperature,and it gradually increased with the increase of rolling reduction.The microstructure of Al layer was gradually elongated along the RD with the increase of the rolling reduction,and it was not obviously changed with increasing rolling temperature,and it occurred small recrystallization after annealing at 300?C.The interface layer of Mg alloy occurred recrystallization fully,and the center layer of Mg alloy occurred recrystallization partially,the volume fraction of recrystallized grains increased continuously with increasing rolling reduction and temperature.And the Mg layer occurred recrystallization fully after annealing at 100?C.The Al layer of laminated composites mainly exhibited the cube component and r-cube and ?-fiber shear textures at different thickness layers after hot roll bonding.And the difference in volume fraction between different thickness layers decreased after annealing treatment. |
