The resurrection process of waste catalyst will produce large amounts of acidic heavy metal waste water,which contains a lot of Al element.This paper takes the dead catalyst wastewater as the research object,and using chemical precipitation and ion exchange method treat of aluminum ion in the wastewater.First of all,the waste catalyst resurrection wastewater quality analysis,including iron,nickel,vanadium,copper,aluminum ion concentration,removal of turbidity,COD,pH and organic acid radical ion.Aluminum ions in wastewater mainly exist in a complex state.The bicarbonate precipitation agent or with different alkaline chemical precipitation agent was chose to treat dead catalyst wastewater.Secondly,the optimum process conditions in different alkaline chemical precipitation agent for the treatment of the wastewater was studied,the optimal reaction conditions was determined: when the initial pH value of wastewater is 11,the reaction temperature is 45 degrees Celsius,n(NaHCO~3):n(Al)=10:1,Bath time is 4h,the aging time was 60 h,the removal rate of aluminum in the wastewater can reach more than 96%.Thirdly,the optimum technology conditions with different alkaline chemical precipitation agent for treatment of wastewater was studied,determine the optimal reaction conditions: The first kind of wastewater properties are relatively stable,use alkaline strong as pH modulators,to get the optimal reaction conditions for the reaction temperature is 45 degrees Celsius,wastewater A,B liquid volume ratio of 100:8,B with potassium hydroxide solution pH value is adjusted to 10,the settling time is 6 hours;And the second kind of Wastewater Ammonia as pH regulator is selected,get the best reaction conditions of 45 degrees Celsius,wastewater A,B liquid volume ratio is 100:20,the B pH value with ammonia solution is adjusted to 10,the settling time is 6 hours.In order to achieve the recycling of waste water standards,using ion exchange method deal with the low concentration heavy metal ions catalyst from the dead catalyst in waste water.The factors affecting the ion exchange process was analyzed.To determine the optimum process conditions: choose the type of 001*7 type resin,wastewater velocity is 1L/h,the ratio of height to diameter is 3,the ion exchange effect best,aluminum element removal rate can reach above 99%.Elution operation conditions optimization process: using hydrochloric acid as the eluent,concentration of hydrochloric acid is 4%,elution flow rate is 0.5L/h,the best elution effect.Continuous stability experiments showed good stability of ion exchange resin,and can be used repeatedly.Finally,according to the experimental results to design the wastewater treatment process,and amplifier 500 times to conduct small test.The results show that,removal rate of aluminum in the wastewater can reach more than 99%.And the amount of the loss of organic acid wastewater before and after is small.It has laid a solid foundation to realize the enterprise wastewater reuse.
