| The power supply systems of underground mine coal usually use the vertical trunk structure.It also has many distribution series and the circuit cable is very short.Override trip incidents happen easily when short circuit fault occurs in the underground power supply system.This incident may cause power outage in local or most part,which will cause huge security problems for the under ground mine coal production.To solve this problem,study the power monitoring system in the mine coal and find the real-time of communication network is an important factor for restricting underground electric power monitoring and control system performance,through indeeply analysing underground electric power monitoring and control system.EtherCAT communication technology has many advantages such as high reliability,high real-time and flexible topology.EtherCAT provides a new direction for the development of coal mine electric power monitoring and control system.Studying underground electric power monitoring and control system based on EtherCAT and analysing the performance of building physical simulation system are great significance for its popularization and application in underground mine in laboratory.First of all,use EtherCAT technology to build underground electric power monitoring and control system based on EtherCAT.This system consists of a master station and some slave stations.Study the space truss structure of underground electric power monitoring and control system by using the theory of reliability analysis.Dealing with the data which is sampled by slave stations with the theory of wavelet denoising algorithm.The master station achieves the anti-grade tirp function by building fault judgement matrix which is based on underground mine coal electric power monitoring and control system network topology.And then,design the monitoring master station based on TwinCAT.The master station contains industrial PC and monitor and control system application softwares which run on it.The design of monitor and control system application softwares includes data communication system whose core is TwinCAT,data processing system which has double databases and interactive monitor system which is based on configuration tool.Then,design the monitoring slave station based on PLC.Thehardware design of the slave station contains central processing and control module,EtherCAT data communication module,Input/output module and so on.The software design mainly includes data processing program of slave station and communication interface program between master station and slave stations.Finally,build test platform under the condition of laboratory.The test results show that,the coal mine electric power monitoring and control system based on the EtherCAT can achieve the related functions of monitoring and control system such as remote sensing,remote communication and remote control;at the same time,meet the real-time requirement of underground mine coal for anti-grade trip. |
