As mankind entered the 21 st century,people's car as an indispensable means of transport,the quest for its high performance,while also increasing its focus on the development of environmental protection,aesthetics,new energy and other aspects.wheel hub as the main components of the car play an indispensable role on car's weight,appearance,steering and driving.The manufacture of small aluminum alloy wheels with its beautiful appearance,high strength,good heat resistance,relatively light weight,inertia resistance and other advantages become more and more popular.The generation of spinning forming technology and rapid development,provides a new path for many products production.Although the processing of automobile wheels is also more and more enterprises adopt the spinning process,but we use the metal plastic forming on the aluminum alloy wheel stretch spinning is not a simple forming process.First,This article is based on the characteristics of the previous spinning,combined with the actual production conditions of the hub spinning,we use soft-ABAQUS began to carry out a strong positive and negative rotation of the cylindrical analysis.Through the positive and negative spin forming after the analysis of the equivalent stress,we get positive spin is better in normal.Because the software ABAQUS can not study the change of the rough wall thickness and so on,we choose to use the ANSYS / LS-DYNA simulation for the later wheel hub work-piece.Then,The finite element theory(elasticity and yield of materials)is introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent simulation.In the middle stage,we mainly research the spinning process of aluminum alloy wheels.In the early stage of simulation,we analyzed the main problems such as the application of spinning load,the determination of boundary conditions,the trajectory of motion and the meshing.At last,based on the numerical results simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA,use its post-processing software LS-PREPOST to observe its dynamic simulation forming process.The law of stress and strain and the stress cloud of the alloy 6A02 wheel under the important parameters such as the feed rate,the thinning rate and the friction coefficient are studied,and the law of the metal flow in the strain zone.For the effective development of forming process program,and its reasonable optimization of the parameters to provide a strong basis.Based on the analysis of the simulation results under several important parameters such as feed rate,core speed,friction coefficient and thinning rate,the stress and strain energy and the forming energy trend are taken as the main judgment basis.The virtual orthogonal test design method The influence of the conditions such as the optimization feed rate and the friction coefficient on the spinning forming quality,and finally the optimal combination of process parameters.
