| Recent years, high-quality timber resources are increasingly scarce,so, rescuing natural forest from the situation of shortage has become the general trend. Furniture is a industry using lots of wood, so developing fast-growing wood, rescuing natural forest is a duty every person in the furniture industry can not shirk.Cryptomeria fortunei is rich in resources, and its veins is very natural, together with its characteristics of environment-friendly, Cryptomeria fortunei furniture products has gradually attracted the attention of many consumers.But its own shortcomings severely restrict its application in furniture. Nowadays,there are many researchers using chemical modification methods to solve this problem, although this method increases the strength of timber to some extent, but it also seriously undermines its own unique material characteristics. If we can find another way, through rational design furniture to enhance the tolerance of Cryptomeria fortunei furniture,it is no doubt can be a good solution to this problem.In this paper, the logic of the form is mainly found, analyze and solve problems, the main research results are as follows:(1) Cryptomeria fortunei wood material research.by the study of Cryptomeria fortunei appearance, density, flexural strength and abrasion resistance as well as shrinkage swelling feature,this paper summarized the factors that restrict its application in the furniture,including consumer, material itself as well as the design factor,and analyzed its one by one.(2)Cabinet furniture features summary.This paper researched the different form of cabinet damage through on-the-spot investigation,and summed up the biggest problem on the cabinet are contacts loose and cabinet member deformation.To find the reason of these problems,this paper analyzed the structural characteristics of each component on the cabinet,binding mode, force and deformation characteristics and usage patterns systematically and identified the design weaknesses.(3)Node loosing optimization.This paper selected a representative point,shelves and side panels,to optimize the connection node object. Firstly through test the strength of different combining ways of the shelf and side plate,measured the feature of Cryptomeria fortunei wood-to increase friction,and then combining with the design of detachable outfit,adjustable principle to choose the best combination scheme, namely thread partition nail connection methods. Through experiments, the optimized connection form t is improved by a third than the original form on capacity.The optimization of member deformation.this paper selected the backboard of Cryptomeria fortunei cabinetwhich is a more easily deformable structure to optimize.Firstly,by increasing the restraint member on the backboard to optimize preliminary,finding that the optimization result is not very satisfactory.Then on the basis of experiments,giving the method that using Hard material to instead Cryptomeria fortunei as the constraint board.Experimental results show that the final optimized structure earing capacity and deformation resistance were significantly improved compared to the original structure.In a word,This paper takes Cryptomeria fortunei as an example, taking cabinet furniture as a starting point, based on the material properties of Cryptomeria fortunei research,gives systematic research on the existing cabinet in the market, At last through the optimization of structural design method especially in the optimize design of the connection between shelves and side panels and backboard structure,adopted Cryptomeria fortunei’s good points and avoid its shortcomings in cabinet, increasing its value,improving the competitiveness of our product.Besides,this paper can also provide some help to the research of using fast-growing wood in furniture and modest some contribution to the liberation of natural forest processes. |
