Apricot(Prunusarmeniacal)belongs to the rosaceae,prunus,runfei,anti-asthma,thirst quenching,heat-clearing and detoxifying medical effect.Is one of the country of origin of almond in xinjiang,is China’s biggest origin of apricot(,according to 2008 statistics,xinjiang apricot production reached 1.3829 million tons,accounting for 30.67% of xinjiang fruit production,including southern xinjiang apricot production accounted for 96.53% of whole xinjiang apricot production.But as a result of apricot production has strong seasonal,regional,and the fruit itself perishability,apricot fruit decay rate is higher.Therefore,this study aimed at xinjiang MeiXing postharvest storage technology using biological,understand and study apricot storage theory and technology is of great significance.With added antifungal,he called the compound coating chitosan and other additives,coating on the surface of the MeiXing,under the conditions of controlled atmosphere storage research MeiXing storage quality and physiological impact,in order to prolong MeiXing under the environment of controlled atmosphere storage,storage time,and improve the quality of preservation.The main research contents and results are as follows: 1.The suitable concentration of chitosan + na he called composite processing can effectively restrain the fruit tissue conductivity increase,maintain the cell membrane integrity,reduce the waste of water evaporation and VC;Can significantly reduce the MeiXing decay rate,respiration intensity,high hardness,soluble solid,total acid,Vc content,reduce MeiXing decay occurs,so as to extend the storage period lasted well MeiXing the appearance quality and nutritional quality of the fruit.2.Chitosan + composite processing affect MeiXing storage of fruit,he called the activity of peroxidase(pod)and superoxide dismutase(sod),peroxidase(pod)and superoxide dismutase(sod)by adjusting and protective enzyme activity,reduce the accumulation of reactive oxygen species in the MeiXing fruit,have the effect of MeiXing fruit senescence.3.The suitable concentration of chitosan + na he called composite processing can effectively reduce the activity of polyphenol oxidase MeiXing fruit increased,delay the decline of polyphenols content in fruit,effectively inhibit MeiXing fruit enzymatic Browning reaction.To sum up,with 1.0% of chitosan + he drug compound optimal treatment effect,can significantly improve MeiXing storage quality,reduce MeiXing decay rate.
