As a fundamental industry,the textile industry is closely related with other industry in China.Cigarette filter stick is the intersection of the textile industry and tobacco industry.In the production of cigarettes,cigarette’s filter filtration performance is one of the important indicators for the overall quality of cigarettes.The uniformity of acetate fiber net that used in cigarette has important effects on cigarette filter filtration performance.At present,in the actual production of the filter stick,people analyze the density distribution and orientation distribution of acetate fiber net mainly by the artificial visual way.The test results of fiber density distribution can reflect the problems of the former merge of tow.At the same time,it can predict the fiber’s uniformity of filter stick made in the behind progress.Using the fiber orientation results predict the fiber orientation in forming filter stick.Although the traditional analysis method can satisfy the requirement of the factory production testing,tester’s emotion and experience has larger influence for the test results that is poor stability.With the constant improvement of cigarette manufacturing process and the consumers on cigarette quality requirements.That put forward higher requirements to every link of cigarette production.This topic focuses on the distribution of the fiber in cigarette
