In order to cooperate with the devopment of sour gas well in western Sichuan Marine gas well blocks,the detailed comparison in terms of safety,investment and operation cost that based on gas composition of Pengzhou 1st well was carried on,which consisted of the process of two towers of natural gas desulfurization,the process of biology and the process of two-step MDEA + self-circulation LO-CAT.Through the research,it was found that the process of two towers had many advantanges,such as,high safety,low investment,low operation cost,short operation time,basic did not produce waste,into a good skiing,rich liquid pipeline of high safety and better adaptability to block development rich fluid gathering and transferring process well.So finally the twin towers for natural gas desulfurization process was choosen.At the same time the current relatively mature gas dehydration and sulfur molding process were compared to get the optimum results.The results showed that due to the requirements of this international project water dew point is lower,and larger gas processing,comparing to the solid adsorption method and solvent absorption method,the triethylene glycol encapsulation-dehydration method was fit to this engineering.In terms of sulfur melting process,intermittent sulfur melting technology in such aspects as energy consumption,emission and reagents consumption has obvious advantages in a continuous sulfur melting.In the aspect of sulfur molding process,water-cooling granulating process has more advantages,therefore,the project selects the sulfur melting and granulation process by-products of sulfur.In order to shorte the construction period,reduce cost,improve quality,as well as the needs of the test,a complete set of device for the lump sum,modular design was taken.The total designed modules of the complete equipment were forty-five.Meanwhile,the requirement of modular construction and transportation was put forward.In the end,the design of natural gas gathering system of desulfurization equipments was taken.And the process of heating process to prevent throttling depressurization was adopted to generate hydrate and the equipment of gravity separator separation was selected.Finally,the gas that was dealed with the desulphurizing installations purification treatment went through the purified gas separator to the Qingxing valve chamber.
